I think what you posted made a great deal of sense. However, think about this, suppose you typed a catchier title? I am not suggesting your content isn't good, but suppose you added something to possibly grab folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You might peek at Yahoo's front page and see how they create news titles to get viewers to open the links. You might add a video or a related picture or two to get people interested about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
