模板常见问题解决方法（必看）

问题一解决方法：重启软件
重要的事情，先说一遍：软件图库新增加模板，要关闭软件重新启动，否则将会提示如下错误：

1.图库新增加模板，必须重启软件，要关掉所有橱柜门软件窗口，不仅仅是退出CDM。


若重启软件后仍然提示，可能有两种情况：
（1）图库包含工程名重复的模板，需要删除一个

（2）若没有重复的模板，刷新CDM图库列表即可。

问题二解决方法：注册模板

2.使用本站模版，电脑需要安装一次授权，否则无法使用。注册方法：从导航进入“模板注册”，里面有详细步骤说明。未注册模板常见错误提示：

若您注册时间太早，而下载了最新发布的模板，就需要更新下授权，重新下载注册工具更新即可，常见错误提示如下：

问题三解决方法：检查文件
3.模板在复制到图库时，丢了文件。本站每个模板对应的是3个文件，下载附件后，解压后为3个文件。如果少放一个进图库，就会出现模板无法打开，常见错误提示如下：
找不到配置文件
或图库列表不显示模板
